Vinaya Kashmira is a Thought Leader and Product Management Expert, based in new York, with a profound understanding of Health Clinical Systems and Insurance. She navigates the intricacies of these domains with acumen and foresight. Spearheading Neon Tech's strategic expansion, Vinaya prioritizes cultivating robust relationships and partnerships to augment the company's outreach. Her professional journey is marked by a commitment to driving client success through enhanced Product Efficiency, substantial Return on Investment (ROI), and a decisive Technology Advantage. Vinaya holds a Bachelor's degree in 'Biology and Statistics' from Northeastern University, Boston, showcasing a unique blend of scientific rigor and analytical prowess. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same esteemed institution, she is dedicated to further honing her strategic and managerial skills. She leverages her passion for networking, fostering both personal and professional relationships that contribute to the growth of Neon Tech.

Balaji Mariappan
CTO & Enterprise Cloud Leader

Balaji Mariappan has tremendous, multiple domain expertise over his career of 20 plus years. He would often bring in new insights to help us transform the IT architecture, digital transformations and infrastructure modernizations for all verticals with scalability, resiliency, security and efficiency. Before joining us at Neon Tech, Balaji worked for many Fortune 500 companies globally – Reuters, GE, Merrill Lynch, Cognozant & Wyndham and successfully managed several projects helping them reduce infrastructure cost, reduce application running cost, minimize the time to market, adopt the contemporary deployment model, assess the technology strategy and road maps. Balaji strongly believes ‘if you share meaningful content, you can touch and improvise someone’s life’. He received an MBA from Stevens Institute of Technoogy, New York. He also received Master of Science degree in Technology Management from Stevens.

Prof. Sivaram Ramineni
Scholar and Board Director

Professor Sivaram is an eminent scholar in Corporate Governance, Strategic Management, Business Analytics, Blockchain and Digital Marketing. His research in these areas has appeared in leading Research Journals including International Journal of Advanced Trends in Computer Science & Engineering, IEEE, Elsewhere, and Spinger. Sivaram owns several patents for his work in the Quantum Security Space and Employee Productivity with Help of IOT. Currently Sivaram is the Dean for Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies and also the Research Director of Computer Science and Engineering at Nagarjuna University, Guntur, India. Digital change means that everyone today can reach and interact with others directly. We are all in the content business. But that comes with risks that Sivaram teaches us how to recognize and navigate. He frequently travels to UK, Europe, Asia and North America to deliver his lectures. He would love to connect across academic disciplines and shape the next generation of thinkers and leaders.
